Although it has been a while since I saw Dr. Alpha, I was leaving Dr. Rosa’s office today. As I got out of the elevator,with my walker, a young lady was in the hall and asked if she could help me with the door.Indicating yes I suggested she looked familiar and she indicated she worked in your office. She then helped me with the second door and asked if she could be of further assistance. I have trouble getting my walker in the back of my SUV which she willingly offered to do. Jess was the young lady who helped me, you should be grateful for your staff, I certainly am.

Dr. Alpha worked on reconstructing my jaw back in 2015 and has been my biggest supporter about fixing my upper and lower to I may live a stress free life again. He gave me back my ability to eat and to have confidence in my appearance again. I can't thank him enough for changing my life for the better. I still remember the day I got to have all my wires pulled out and see my brand new smile with all my teeth touching where previously I only had 2 sets of molars touching in my adolescent life. I couldn't recommend him more.

Dr. Alpha is an excellent, highly qualified oral surgeon. His first procedure was to take out a wisdom tooth for me, and most recently an implant procedure that turned out to be difficult. Throughout the implant procedures he kept me informed of what he was doing and why, worked expeditiously and expertly, built trust, and was professional, respectful and kind. I enthusiastically recommend him.

I truly couldn't recommend this office enough. I have a dentist office in town, and I wish I could switch to them for everything. Their waiting room is never full you're always taken back so quickly. The staff is very friends, very efficient, and also take time to explain anything you need. Dr. Alpha is AMAZING. I was in and out in 1 hour for 4 wisdom teeth-- he was right, I felt nothing. He called me the surgery evening to make sure everything was okay, which I thought was a great touch for a doctor who has hundreds of patients. I will definitely be recommending him to any one who needs wisdom teeth extracted.

It's been 1 week post extractions with bone graph. NO PAIN!!! Dr. Delgadillo is very professional, explained upcoming procedures and puts you at ease as soon as he walks through the door. I can't say enough and I wish I could give more stars but I can honestly say Dr. Delgadillo is the best.

Dr Alpha was very kind and friendly. I was at ease right away. My appointment was at 9:30 am. I left the office 45 to 50 min later feeling great and no pain. Dr Alpha’s assistant was also very kind and helpful. I enjoyed talking with her when we were waiting for my tooth to be numb. I left feeling great with no pain. No pain at all now 4 days later. Just an empty space in my mouth. Dr Alpa called me at home Monday evening to see how I was doing. Unfortunately I missed his call. He advised me to call the office if I had any questions or problems. I highly recommend this office! Thank you.

I had to initial my acknowledgement of so many possible side-effects of the procedure, and other things that could go wrong, that I was beginning to have second thoughts. But Dr. Heise did such a good job that, less than 24 hours after having a tooth extracted, I felt as if it had never happened. He prescribed pain meds, but I never felt any pain. I'm not sure how he did it, but I'm grateful he did. I hope I don't need these services again, but if I do I'll have no reservations going to Dr. Heise.

Dr. Heise sets the bar for efficiency. I have had almost no pain from the procedure....which was my BIGGEST concern. Dr. Heise even phoned me after hours to follow up on my recovery, and make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Dr. Heise is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I went in for wisdom teeth extraction and was nervous because I had never gone under anesthesia before. However, the whole process went so smoothly. If you have to do any kind of dental procedure, come here! The staff are so nice and welcoming. He even called me the same day after my surgery to check in on me and I’ve never had any other dentist do that before. I don’t want to have anymore dental procedures done but if I had to, I wouldn’t schedule with anyone else besides Heise & Alpha. Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel so welcomed and at ease!
